Born and raised in Kerikeri, Harley has grown up with a passion in performance. Involved in a multitude of different sports at representative level including; first IV rugby, hockey, softball, squash, and martial arts. He gained his first-dan black belt in Rhee Tae Kwon Do at the age of 17, and went on to instruct for a further two years. Although his playing days are ultimately behind him, he is still a very keen and avid surfer, mountain biker, and yogi who finds solace in the waters and mountains around New Zealand, and on his mat wherever he is on a weekly basis.
Upon graduating in 2012, Harley gained highest honours by receiving the ‘Clinical Excellence Award’ – for outstanding performance in clinical internship, the ‘BJ Palmer Philosophy Award’ – in recognition and superior application in the philosophy of chiropractic, and the ‘Adjustor Award’ – for outstanding contribution to entertainment & fun during clinical internship. However, Harley felt he had more to learn in order to provide the care he wanted for people, and thus continued his education into lifestyle coaching and mentoring.
His passion for helping people transform their lives is second to none. He has a constant drive to not only help people improve their life performance through the skills he has developed, both as a chiropractor and lifestyle mentor, but to also help educate people on how they can help themselves.
Harley works along side a number of different health practitioners in varied fields, and through these relationships can help ensure he is always directing the people he works with in the right direction toward greater life performance.
